These are photos from my Morocco trip. Foods that I describe as “homemade” were made by either my friend’s mom or by someone in our group (of Americans and Moroccans). Some of the more elaborate Moroccan dishes (like rafisa) were made by my friend’s mom. She lives in Oulad Teima, 44 km east of Agadir, but visited frequently and sent us food in taxis. We also visited Oulad Teima once, and she cooked us a very nice meal. We also visited Tiznit (97 km south of Agadir), the hometown of another Moroccan friend, and his mom also cooked us amazing food.
